The Lear Theater is proud and honored to introduce to you the team of professionals who are dedicated to making the theater a success.
Clark & Sullivan Constructors
Clark & Sullivan has been involved with the Lear and providing both direct work and sub-contractors since the project’s conception in 1998. The Lear account is currently under the direction of Neil Bartlett, Senior Estimator. Neil also serves on the Lear’s Board of Directors.
Webb Management Services
Duncan Webb, owner of Webb Management Services in New York City, has played a crucial role in the project’s progress. He successfully completed a marketing study to determine the area’s need for a theater project such as this. He also updated our business plan based on usage information gathered from our local arts groups. In the near future he will be working with the staff and Board of Directors to update the Lear’s Strategic Plan.
Dolven Architectural
Fred Dolven is our local architect who developed the original plans for the adaptive use of original church building. As the project has evolved he has been a key individual in working with the theater experts to ensure that the building can be properly renovated into a theater.
JCJ Architecture
Stewart Jones is an architect from New York City that specializes in theater design.
Theater Projects Consultants
Millie Dixon, out of New York City, is an expert in interior theater design and spatial functions.
