Neil is a Senior Estimator with Clark & Sullivan Constructors. He has been a part of the Lear Project since the beginning while working with Clark & Sullivan.

John Berkich is the Assistant County Manager for Washoe County, and resides in the burgeoning downtown area along the Truckee River.

Kenny Dalton 
 Kenny is a Reno Firefighter and active in the African American community as well as bringing awareness to Paul R. Williams, the architect of the Lear Theater.

“[A mission of the Lear] is to continue to foster and showcase diverse, creative and artistic performances within the community that enhance, inspire, and facilitate appreciation for human expression….I see myself as a catalyst for such communication.”

Antoinette DeVore
Antoinette DeVore - In addition to being a former performer, Antoinette has over 20 years of business management and fianace experience. She is currently the Director of Busines Operations for Network Systems at IGT.

“[I see the role of the Lear Theater as] a venue that fulfills the needs of the theater community and helps to improve the quality and quantity of live performing arts. It should be a source of pride for the community, enhancing the downtown river environment and the cultural community of Reno.”

Charlotte has been involved with the Nevada Women’s Fund and served as Chairman of the Board in 2001. Using her expertise from IBM she has also volunteered on the State of Nevada’s Information Technology Advisory Board and the University of Nevada, Reno College of Engineering Advisory Board.

“I believe the Lear will be a major force in the revitalization of downtown Reno and will enhance the quality of life in our community by providing world-class theatre in a beautiful historic building.“
